Contoh Text Recount - In Summer Festival

Contoh Text Recunt - In Summer Festival
On the second Sunday on our last holiday, my parents took my sister and I to the summer festival. It was held every Sunday from 9 am until 10 pm during summer. There were carrousels, games counters, ice-cream and pop corn stalls and much more. There were also clowns everywhere.

When we were sitting near the carrousels and having our delicious ice-cream, I saw a little girl crying. I thought the girl just wanted to buy something or ride on something but her mather or father did not allow her to do it.

But then I realised that the girl was all alone. She was crying because she was scared. I told my parents about that girl. My father approached her and tried to ask her something but the girl did not answer. She kept on crying. Mybe she was told not talk to stranger. I decided to try to talk to her. I asked my little sister to come along so that the girl would not get scared. We succeeded. The girl talked. She said her name was Eva. She was playing with her brother near the pop corn stall. She ran too fast and too far. She got farther away form her brother.

Then, all us took her to the information counter where there was a radio speaker. The officer announced Eva’s mothers’s name. Thank God, Eva remembered her mother’s full name. Luckily, it only took 5 minutes for her mather to come. She was crying while running to Eva,. Eva’s brother followed her. They were holding each other so tight. They were all crying. This time it was a cry of happiness. So, everybody was happy. I was happy to see that. Actually, I was glad that I did something to help Eva.

"Visiting Bali" Contoh . Example a recount text

There were so many places to see in Bali that my friend decided to join the tours to see as much as possible. My friend stayed in Kuta on arrival. He spent the first three days swimming and surfing on Kuta beach. He visited some tour agents and selected two tours. The first one was to Singaraja, the second was to Ubud.

On the day of the tour, he was ready. My friend and his group drove on through mountains. Singaraja is a city of about 90 thousands people. It is a busy but quiet town. The street are lined with trees and there are many old Dutch houses. Then they returned very late in the evening to Kuta.

The second tour to Ubud was a very different tour. It was not to see the scenery but to see the art and the craft of the island. The first stop was at Batubulan, a center of stone sculpture. There my friend watched young boys were carving away at big blocks of stone. The next stop was Celuk, a center for silversmiths and goldensmiths. After that he stopped a little while for lunch at Sukawati and on to mass. Mass is a tourist center

My friend ten-day-stay ended very quickly beside his two tour, all his day was spent on the beach. He went sailing or surfboarding every day. He was quiet satisfied.

RA Kartini

Every April 21, people in Indonesia commemorate the Kartini day. It is a beautiful day for the woman because we celebrate the birth of great lady, RA. Kartini. Everyone knows who Kartini is. She is our national heroine and a great lady with the bright idea.

Kartini was born in 1879, April 21 in Mayong Jepara. Her father was RMAA. Sosroningrat, Wedana (assistant of head of regency) in Mayong. Her mother, MA Ngasirah was a girl from Teluk Awur village in Jepara. As the daughter of a noble family, she felt luck because she got more than the ordinary people got. She got better education than other children. She did anything she wants although it was forbidden. She passed her childhood with her brother and sister. Because she was very energetic, her father called her "trinil"

Then her father was chosen as Bupati (the head of regency) in Jepara. She and her family then moved from Mayong to Jepara. In the same year, Kartini's second sister RA Kardinah was born. The environment in Jepara gave her big chance to develop her idea. She could study at the Dutch owned school where only children from noble family could study here.

Few years after finishing her study, RA. Kartini was willing to continue her study in higher level. But the custom of that day forbid a woman to go to school. A tradition of that time, a teenage girl should be secluded and limited her activity. So was Kartini. She was secluded inside the house and forbidden to go out until a man proposes her. The rule could restrict her body but not her mind. During her "pingitan" time, she spent her time by reading book which she got from her relatives.

Although she was not able to continue her study to higher level, she was smart had a bright idea. She got the knowledge from the books she read. To express her idea, she established a school for local people on the backyard of Jepara city hall.

In November 12, 1903, she married Adipati Djoyodiningrat, the head of Rembang regency. According to Javanese tradition Kartini had to follow her husband. Then she moved to Rembang. In September 13, 1904 she gave a birth to her son. His name was Singgih. But after giving birth to a son, her condition was getting worse and she finally passed away on September 17, 1904 on her 25 years old.

Now Kartini has gone. But her spirit and dream will always be in our heart. Nowadays Indonesian women progress is influenced by Kartini's.

My Adventure at Leang-Leang Cave

On Sunday, my parents, my best fruend Novi, and I visited a cave at Maros called Leang-leang . It was my first time to visit the cave, better yet, my best friend came to visit it with me!
The cave was famous for its primitive cave wall paintings which were some hand prints and wild boar paintings. The cave and its surroundings was turned into a national park, so it was taken care of. My parents took a rest in a small hut for visitors of the park, while Novi and I adventured around the cave with a guide. We had to climb some metal stairs to get to the cave, because the cave was embedded into a small mountain. Next stop was a place where some seashells littered the ground and some were actually piled into a big mound! The guide said that these piles of seashells are called kjokkenmoddinger, or kitchen trash. The humans who lived here ate the shells and dumped the left overs in their 'kitchen'. The last place was a small museum where they have skeletons of the humans who lived in the caves. The skeletons along with some roughly made jewelry and weapons were placed inside glass cases for display. The walls of the museum were adorned with photographs taken when they did an excavation there.
After a quick lunch with Novi and my parents, we decided it was time to go back home. We really had the time of our lives!

Contoh
Last weekend, my family and I went to Rongkang beach near our grandparents' house. The day was sunny and hot, of course. It was on June. That's why the day was very bright. In our country, Indonesia, We had two seasons. They were dry season and rainy season. The dry season started from May and lasted for 5 months. While, rainy season started from November and ended in March. The view was so beautiful. There were many people at the beach. Most of them were teenagers.
We were having fun. We built a sandcastle. We had to rebuild twice before it really stoodup. The first attempt failed because we built it too close to the water. And the second attempt, the suc¬cessful one, was just right. The spot we chose was not too close to the water and the mixture was good.
Our parents loved our work. Some people who passed our castle loved it, too. They even took pitures near our castle. We were so proud of our work that day
