Our bodies growth is directly effected by the foods we supply it. Its essential that we try to feed our bodies the required foods that will give the body an ample supply of nutrition that it needs.

Our bodies rely heavily on the nutritional foods we eat, using for fuel to function. The foods we eat also play a vital part in how the body builds bones, organs and muscles. Supplying the body with healthy foods Substantially reduces a sizeable amount of would be illnesses and problems that might develop from a body that lacks the Proper nutrients. A protein rich diet is also needed on a day by day bases for the simle reason that our bodies do not Store protein like it does with other nutrients considered necessary.

Healthy eating furthermore significanctly influences how our body behave in Our daily lives while we draw on energy to breathe, walk and talk. This exhausts the energy that is created from the foods we consume. If our bodies don't receive an adequate amount of energy from the foods we eat, you start feeling sluggish, faint or sleepy.

In addition, keep in mind that when a body does not get an adequate amount of nutrients it leaves the bodies natural defense system Weakened and defenseless to every illnesses it could become Exposed to. because in this destabilized state the immune System struggles to shield itself against bacteria and Viruses that could attack the body. Therefore its important To understand that in order to keep our bodies healthy, Strong and working at its best we must supply our bodies with the essential tools it needs tools like vitamins, Protein and nutrients.
